What you will do:- Understand customer's needs and covert them into actionable plans.- Engage in the development and production of content assets for both internal and external stakeholders.- Collaborate with the IC community to provide effective communications support.- Innovating and designing in consideration of both the company brand and the target demographic.- Manage the production of communication assets from the concept stage to delivery.- Actively oversee service delivery and maintain solid customer relations.
