We are seeking a proactive Customer Project Manager (CPM) to drive project success and maximize value for Ericsson and our customers. You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensuring excellence and strict adherence to global standards (E+OHS, data privacy, and finance). This role requires proven experience in customized system development, product introduction, and 3PP (third-party provider) management to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.
What You Will Do
- End-to-End Delivery: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for seamless, on-time delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor, managing relationships to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Financial & Scope Management: Oversee project financials (UM) while maintaining scope, budget, and timelines.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and E+OHS directives for safe, responsible delivery.
- Customized Solutions: Lead delivery of customized system development and product rollouts from design to acceptance.
- 3PP Management: Manage third-party providers (onboarding to risk management) in collaboration with Sourcing to secure quality and cost.
- Data Reporting: Maintain high data accuracy for transparent and reliable project reporting.
The Skills You Bring
- Project & Financial Leadership: Expertise in PM methodologies, financial acumen, and process management.
- Customer Success: Strong negotiation and consultative skills; ability to support pre-sales and requirement clarification.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with service delivery, data analytics, AI, and automation.
- Development & Rollout: Proven experience in customized ICT/Telecom system development and product implementation.
- Vendor Management: Hands-on experience managing 3PP/partners, including contract compliance and performance follow-up.
- Continuous Improvement: A drive for change management to optimize delivery and enhance project performance.
