What you will do
- HR Operations & Administration: support daily HR processes including leave management, probation tracking, and employee data maintenance.
- Employee Activities & Coordination: assist in organizing employee events and well-being initiatives, including logistics, communication, and vendor coordination.
- HR Support & Compliance: support HR documentation, reporting, work permit/visa processing, and handle basic employee inquiries and ad-hoc tasks.
The skills you bring
Essential (Day One):
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening) is mandatory for regional collaboration.
- Mindset: A sharp eye for detail, comfort with numbers, and a data-oriented mindset.
- Core Competencies: Business Writing, and Stakeholder Management.
We will help you build (On-the-job):
- HR Expertise: Working knowledge of Taiwan Labor Standards Act, HR Regulations, and HR Daily Operations.
- Advanced Systems: Proficiency in SAP, and applied AI tools in HR workflows.
