What does a Marcom Executive do at Hogarth?

Job Description:

  • Develop and run direct communications campaigns for upselling and cross-sell opportunities for Fibre Broadband,TV, Mobile and Rewards, including ocassional regulatory and customer update for various channels (ie EDM/ Direct-mailers/SMS and etc).
  • Work closely with various internal teams (e.g. customer lifecycle marketing, product marketing), and other functions (e.g. IT, legal and regulatory) to develop communications and ensure the objectives are met.
  • Maintain effective relationships and work closely with our inhouse creatives and on-air promo teams, creative & media agency and media partners, when required, to develop and execute communications that may include owned, paid advertising, websites, social media, in-stores and/or on-ground activation.
  • Maintain consistency in key communication messages across all customer touchpoints, including online, offline, and retail environments, in alignment with Singtel's brand tone of voice.
  • Support key business drivers KPIs that include Gross Adds, churn, net adds, ARPU, revenue for Fibre Broadband, Mobile and Rewards.
  • Support Go-To-Market plans and initiatives to drive Gross Adds, churn, net ARPU, for Fibre Broadband, Mobile & Rewards
  • Manage budget spending, including raising POs, forecasting, and closing invoices.
  • Occasional liaison with external vendors & partners.  

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing/ Mass Comms/ Digital Marketing preferred
  • Min 2-3 years relevant working experience in a consumer environment, working with or developing communication materials, in a marketing communication role, advertising or marketing agency. Telco industry background will be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills and resourceful communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.
  • High-level empathy and customer-centric mindset.
