We partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to drive revenue growth, optimize go-to-market strategies, and build scalable processes. What you'll do
As Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations, SEA, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our commercial strategy across Southeast Asia. You’ll partner with the regional commercial team to build a scalable and efficient revenue engine, define and execute go-to-market strategies, and set commercial targets. You’ll leverage data-driven approaches to optimize our funnel, pipeline, and customer management, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the regional commercial team to build a scalable and efficient revenue engine, identifying and executing on strategic opportunities and process improvements.
Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and strategic projects, setting commercial targets and supporting the achievement of business objectives.
Build and maintain commercial models, reports, and regular presentations for senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Implement data-driven approaches to funnel, pipeline, and customer management, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and drive growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to streamline revenue operations and improve performance.
Support the development and maintenance of operational and financial models, including revenue forecasting, commission & KPI design, and performance tracking.
Who you are
We're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum qualifications:
5+ years of experience in revenue strategy & operations, sales strategy, management consulting, or a commercial role in fintech, payments, or technology.
Highly analytical, with strong data literacy and experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), data modeling, and reporting tools (Excel, Looker, Tableau).
Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and able to quickly gain ownership over complex problems, driving both immediate solutions and long-term impact.
Excellent at prioritizing, managing multiple projects, and thriving in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present to and influence senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
Fluency in SQL and/or experience with AI tools for analytics and automation.
MBA or master’s degree.
Management consulting background highly preferred.
Deep professional experience in one or more countries in SEA.
Linguistic fluency in a language commonly spoken in SEA aside from English (e.g., Mandarin, Bahasa, Vietnamese, Thai).
