We are looking to hire a Pricing Manager within the HNW Pricing team to lead the system enhancement efforts of the team.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate and consult with key stakeholders in the Information Systems and Operations functions to develop solutions.
Challenge the status quo and work with the team to develop new tools, process efficiencies and automated solutions to meet internal and external customer demands.
Act independently to develop, support and analyze key system enhancement initiatives aimed at improving the ability to scale HNW operations.
Support Team lead and the Pricing Officer with project and ad hoc analysis as required.
Mentor and training of existing and new hires as required
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or business-related field.
Expert knowledge and thorough experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access alongside proven experience with Excel Macros or VBA coding would be an asset.
Proven organizational, time management and prioritization skills to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Be adaptable and open to change and take a leadership role in driving that change independently. Manage adhoc project work with ability to see to completion with little or no supervision
Exceptional work ethic, accountability, team first mentality, positive attitude and eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across all levels of departments within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
Life insurance Pricing experience
Experience with HNW products (i.e. Universal Life structure)
