Position Responsibilities:
Support pricing management and internal pricing teams in daily strategy activities, including complex analytics and reporting.
Drive development and adoption of strategic pricing initiatives and tools to improve efficiency and automation.
Provide data-driven insights and support to internal stakeholders using pricing and financial models.
Independently lead strategic pricing analysis to enhance profitability, competitiveness, and risk management.
Mentor and train team members while supporting ad hoc projects and leadership requests.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
Proven experience with financial reporting, pricing, underwriting, risk analysis, and marketplace analytics.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access; experience with Excel Macros or VBA is an asset.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing automated pricing tools or process efficiencies.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and challenge existing processes.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to manage projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and eagerness to learn and grow.
