- Actively visit business partners to seek business opportunities & strengthen relationship with them
- Ensure fast turnaround time for loans submitted
- Plan promotional and marketing activities to garner business
- Account management to promote facility utilisation
- Manage customers’ expectations on service quality
- Cross sell other consumer products & services like Housing Loan, Personal credit lines, etc
- Assist in credit processing of HP loans for both individuals & companies
- To carry out any other duties as directed by the Company Management.
