- Acquire new-to-bank accounts through business partnering ie. car dealers and distributors
- Creation of DHP cases in LOS in a timely manner.
- Conduct due diligent checks on DHP cases
- Handle all enquiries from Business Partners on loan related matters.
- Provide guidance to salesman on the execution of HP documents
- Ensure that HP agreements are properly executed by hirers for disbursement
- To be familiar with the HP documentation and settlement flow.
