What You Will Do
  • Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to meet engine delivery commitments and ensure customer satisfaction. Lead the cultural transformation across the organization.
  • Drive operational excellence and be accountable for key performance metrics for: monthly engine delivery, profit margins, cost per hour (CPH), on-time delivery (OTD), cost of poor quality (COPQ), productivity and direct cost initiatives (DCI).
  • Plan and manage GTF Gate 1 Module Inspection Team to meet monthly engine deliverables.
  • Support and drive growth projects to ensure seamless introduction of new engine platform.
  • Work with the management team to plan, develop, implement, and oversee policy deployment plan actions aligned with the overall business plan objectives and targets.
  • Drive productivity and continuous improvement (CORE) initiatives to improve efficiency workplace.
  • Ensure full regulatory compliance culture in Global Trade, EHS, Ethics, Quality and more.
  • Lead cost-reduction initiatives to enhance profitability and business sustainability.
  • Foster a high-engagement culture built on respect, empowerment, communication, and collaboration.
  • Establish strong cross-functional communication with departments to align business goals and timelines.
  • Develop talent and succession plans for leadership continuity and team stability.
  • Work closely with the Transformation team to drive modernization through technology insertion.
  • Execute other strategic or ad-hoc projects assigned by leadership.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering or equivalent discipline.
  • 10 years of relevant broad-based experience in Aerospace Aftermarket MRO.
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of the business, including EH&S, people development, regulatory, quality, operational, technical, and financial requirements.
  • Proven leadership with strong motivation, people development, and decision-making skills.
  • Problem-solver who utilizes cross-functional team expertise to address operational challenges.
  • Excellent strategic & analytical thinking with strong execution capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with matrix reporting structures.
  • Good communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Familiarity with commercial engine platforms and engine centers operations and flow.
  • MBA or Master’s degree is preferred. 
  • Strong data analysis and business intelligence skills with proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Change management expertise particularly in leading teams through digital transformation, restructuring, or cultural change.
  • Digital manufacturing or Industry 4.0 knowledge including automation, IoT, and smart factory practices.
