Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing overall advertising and promotional activities for the CapitaLand portfolio of shopping malls to achieve desired KPIs and unified shopping experience.
  • Form strategic partnerships, source for sponsorships and opportunities to host unique marketing activations and identify publicity opportunities for the portfolio of malls.
  • Proactively engage tenants to market their products through portfolio-wide initiatives to enhance their sales and shoppers’ experience.
  • Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and campaign GTO and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
  • Develop exciting marketing strategies to actively engage communities within the portfolio of malls.
  • Analyse competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities to drive sales and footfall.

Requirements

  • Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail / hospitality industry
  • Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent in customer relationship management
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
