Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and deliver recruitment plan and strategies including Industry Recruit (IR) and IANG to accomplish company target
- Design lead agency recruitment contest and plan any on-boarding support to drive recruitment result
- Implement and promote recruitment campaigns in coordination with various stakeholders
- Support on driving and executing agency recruitment initiatives
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years' relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Putonghua, Cantonese and English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong planning and coordination skills
