Job Summary:

The HRIS Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing HR technology platforms to support HR operations, employee experience, compliance, and business objectives. Acting as the key liaison between HR, IT, and vendors, this role leads system enhancements, projects, reporting, analytics, governance, and process automation initiatives. The incumbent will serve as the HR technology subject matter expert, with Oracle Fusion HCM experience being highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions.
  • Manage and enhance HR systems, including Oracle Fusion HCM and related HR applications.
  • Lead system implementations, upgrades, integrations, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with IT and vendors to ensure system reliability and performance.
  • Manage JIRA timelines ensuring timely closure of tickets.
  • Manage HR system incidents, service requests, and JIRA enhancement tickets.
  • Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and compliance reporting.
  • Oversee data quality, system security, access controls, and permission governance.
  • Support audits, regulatory compliance, and HR data governance requirements.
  • Drive HR process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Deliver user training, change management, and system adoption programs.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Manager preferably in HR tech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, HR operations, and service delivery models. 
  • Experience in system implementations, integrations, data migration, and project management. 
  • Proficient in HR analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate, and AI-enabled solutions. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. 
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance employee experience, and optimize HR service delivery.
