Job Description
You will be part of our Finance team supporting CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CLARML.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly analysis, review and interpret the financials of the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries
- Prepare quarterly / half-yearly financial reports and board papers for listed entity
- Build partnerships and strong relationships with business teams, and provide support and advisory in investment / divestment activities
- Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
- Work with external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing
- Assist in compliance reporting matters
- Oversee statutory filings and surveys to statutory bodies
- Work closely with country teams to ensure financial operation is consistent with group financial and reporting guidelines and regulations
- Any other functions as assigned
Requirements
- A Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in Finance
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure in the real estate sector and/or fund management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Good team player with strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
- Natural curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
- Possess maturity, strategic thinking ability and interpersonal skills, and enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
