Job Description

You will be part of our Finance team supporting CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CLARML.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly analysis, review and interpret the financials of the listed entity and its overseas subsidiaries
  • Prepare quarterly / half-yearly financial reports and board papers for listed entity
  • Build partnerships and strong relationships with business teams, and provide support and advisory in investment / divestment activities
  • Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts
  • Work with external auditors to ensure smooth audit closing
  • Assist in compliance reporting matters
  • Oversee statutory filings and surveys to statutory bodies
  • Work closely with country teams to ensure financial operation is consistent with group financial and reporting guidelines and regulations
  • Any other functions as assigned

Requirements

  • A Certified Public Accountant or possess a professional qualification in Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure in the real estate sector and/or fund management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good team player with strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Able to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Natural curiosity and continuous improvement mindset
  • Possess maturity, strategic thinking ability and interpersonal skills, and enjoy a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
