Key Responsibilities:1.       Analytics & Reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business and management decision-making.

  • Build reusable, high-quality datasets and semantic models.

  • Optimize report performance, usability, and data refresh strategies.

  • Establish Power BI standards, best practices, and deployment processes.

2.       Data Integration & Platform
  • Design and implement data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.

  • Manage enterprise data lake/lakehouse structures.

  • Perform data ingestion, transformation, and cleansing from multiple source systems.

  • Ensure data quality, reliability, and scalability.

3.       Data Lake & Data Warehouse Architecture
  • Contribute to and maintain enterprise data lake and data warehouse architecture.

  • Define logical and physical data models for analytics and reporting.

  • Establish dimensional modelling and architecture standards.

  • Ensure performance, security, and audit compliance in data design.

4.       Stakeholder & Governance Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine analytics requirements.

  • Provide advisory support on KPIs, data models, and dashboard design.

  • Ensure data governance, access controls, and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or equivalent.

  • 5–8 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data platform roles.

  • Strong hands-on Power BI experience and solid knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Databricks or any other data warehouse / data lake solution

  • Proficiency in SQL and data modelling concepts.

  • Strong communication skills with ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Global experience across Asia, Europe and America is preferred
