Job Description

This is a sales enablement role to provide support to Visa Acceptance Solutions (VAS) Account Executives (AE) across the AP region to effectively sell new Visa innovations (e.g. Verifi) as well as new VAS capabilities (e.g. create awareness with our portfolio of customers on the availability of a new scheme)

You will be required to develop product knowledge and a go-to-market approach to embed and scale these solutions with the VAS AEs, who will in turn on-sell the solutions to their clients

Partner with Product and Marketing to develop sales tools to enable VAS AEs to effectively sell to their clients

Help identify target customers for the various solutions, design tactical sales campaigns and support VAS AEs to develop, progress and track their pipeline to accelerate sales

Actively contributes to the evolving business and product strategy including working closely with our Product Management team to maintain technical and functional knowledge of our products and provide feedback from VAS AEs/clients to enhance our offering

Generate case studies/PR to drive awareness of how our solutions powers our clients’ business

Lead and evolve the Sales Acceleration Program to drive focus on VAS’ Top 25 clients contributing to 70% of the region’s Net Revenues to grow and retain these client relationships. This involves partnering with the VAS AE for Top 25 clients (mix of acquirers and merchants) to build a robust framework for opportunity mapping, senior stakeholder engagement including Country Managers to drive alignment, deal progress and sustainable revenue growth
Qualifications
What you will need
- Degree qualified
- Fluent in English (Mandarin desirable)
- Minimum 8 years of B2B enterprise software or technology consultative sales experience
- Experience in merchant acquiring and payment industry
- Experience selling technology solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent presentation skills
- Analytical skills
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Organisational skills and self motivation
- Ability to join the dots to provide a solution that leverages the strength and breadth of the company’s assets, solutions and partnerships
