Position Summary:
Ensure orders are processed on time and customers’ logistics requirements are arranged. Furnish full set of shipping documents to support domestic and international shipments. Work with all stakeholders to resolve all shipment issues till delivery.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure clean orders and process them on a timely manner.
Understand the customers’ requirements and make logistics arrangements to ensure requirements are fulfilled.
Work closely with appointed service providers to secure freight space.
Work closely with Warehouse team to ensure orders are packed and ready for collection.
Prepare all shipping documents (both international shipments and domestic deliveries)
Other ad hoc request pertaining to Warehouse and Logistics related matters.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 - 4 years of relevant working experience.
Experience in order processing, coordinating international air shipments and domestic deliveries, preparation of shipping documents.
Basic fundamental knowledge in logistics.
Details oriented team player
Demonstrate analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
Effective verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to interface well with cross-functional teammates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform with minimum supervision.
Faster learner and ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Ability to comply with company policies and procedures, ISO 13485 and other regulatory requirements.
Education:
Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain
