What you will be responsible for:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of contracts, including NDAs, supplier agreements, and service contracts.
- Conducting legal research on various topics relevant to the company's operations, including commercial contracts, intellectual property rights, employment law, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date legal documentation, records, and databases.
- Assisting in the preparation of legal documents, such as corporate resolutions, board minutes, and regulatory filings.
- Monitoring changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards to identify potential legal risks and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable requirements.
- Supporting the continuous improvement of the legal team’s processes, including development of and updates to standard form agreements and templates.
- Coordinating with external legal advisors and service providers as necessary.
How you will stand out:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction
- 1-3 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate legal department or law firm
