Develop and grow a small-business loan portfolio through lead generation, marketing calls, and partnerships; underwrite SME credit risk; increase wallet share by understanding customer needs; ensure compliance with bank policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with supervisor to develop business portfolio through loan acquisitions
- Generation of new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, strategic tie ups
- To increase wallet share through via service and understanding of customers’ needs
- Underwrite credit risk by understanding and identifying risk areas and mitigating factors
- Ensure proper compliance of bank policies and processes
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Preferably with 1 year of SME banking experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
