About The Team

Amartha is actively expanding its risk management team. As part of our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining the highest standards of service, we are looking for an Operational Risk & QA professional. In this role, you will be tasked with identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring operational risks across our business processes while ensuring quality assurance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and report on risk levels and trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform quality assurance checks and audits on operational processes
  • Collaborate with various departments to implement best practices for risk management and quality assurance
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance and quality standards
  • Document risk management strategies and quality assurance processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, operational risk, or quality assurance within the financial services industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
