General Description / Job Summary
This role is responsible for the overall management and leadership of the RESET Client Services teams, with a primary focus on ensuring seamless service delivery,
driving operational excellence and supporting cross-functional collaboration. This is a high-impact leadership role that centers on team management, change
leadership, and operational oversight. It is not a hands-on delivery role for daily run operations, but rather one that oversees execution, manages escalations, and leads the client service function from a strategic and operational level.
Main Accountabilities & Detailed Responsibilities
Area 1: Leadership & Management (30%)
Lead and develop the RESET Client Services teams to deliver high-quality services, session delivery and general support.
Promote a high-performance culture, focusing on continuous improvement and service excellence.
Area 2: Ownership of Service Delivery (35%)
Own and oversee RESET service delivery across all services.
Monitor operational performance, proactively identifying and addressing service gaps.
Act as a senior escalation point for operational issues and ensure timely and holistic resolution.
Area 3: Product & Business Development
Lead change management initiatives for RESET, including new initiatives, operational process improvements, and system enhancements (35%)
Act as a bridge between Operations, Sales, Risk, and Technology, providing operational and business expertise where appropriate.
Represent and RESET Client Services in both RESET specific and OSTTRA-wide forums, meaningfully contributing to strategic decision-making

Education & Experience
Has experience delivering on projects and initiatives from zero to one.
At least 8 years' experience in related financial technology services
At least 10 years' experience in managing teams Knowledge
Knowledge of post-trade services required Skills
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Abilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities under pressure
Demonstrated ability to drive change and process improvement.
Candidate will be able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple complex projects with evolving requirements and changing deadlines.
Able to put on the OSTTRA hat, representing Reset across the organization’s suite of products and services Attitudes
Embraces uncertainty and thrives in ambiguous environments.
