In this role you will:
Lead, coach and develop the Demand Solutions team across Asia, creating a strong culture of accountability, collaboration and growth
Own the growth, adoption, retention and expansion of our existing demand partner portfolio, with accountability for revenue and partner success
Develop strong account plans for key partners, identifying opportunities to increase spend, improve product adoption and expand Magnite’s relationships across teams and markets
Lead the team in translating buyer objectives into effective programmatic strategies through strong media planning expertise
Lead regional campaign performance and platform optimisation, overseeing deal health, complex troubleshooting and data-driven portfolio management to maximise partner outcomes, revenue and platform efficiency
Drive the team’s curation strategy and adoption across agencies and buyers to unlock performance and incremental growth
Build and maintain senior relationships across agencies, buyers and strategic partners, positioning Magnite as a trusted and valuable partner
Drive a strong expansion pipeline, ensuring opportunities move from identification through activation, adoption and scale
Set the pace for the team by reviewing account performance, challenging plans, identifying blockers and bringing together the right internal teams to move opportunities forward
Partner closely with Demand Facilitation on new opportunities, focused on successfully onboarding, growing and expanding those relationships once established
Use data, market insights and a strong understanding of Magnite’s products to monitor account health, identify opportunities and deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Use Salesforce, business intelligence platforms and other internal tools to actively manage pipeline, monitor performance and maintain accurate revenue forecasts
Drive adoption of AI tools and capabilities to improve efficiency, insights and partner growth
We’re looking for someone with:
6+ years of experience in advertising technology, digital media, programmatic, media planning or a related commercial role.
Strong understanding of the digital and programmatic advertising ecosystem, with experience working across agencies, buyers, publishers or technology platforms.
Proven experience managing and growing strategic client relationships, identifying commercial opportunities and delivering against revenue targets.
Experience developing and executing account strategies and building a strong pipeline of new and existing business opportunities.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data and performance insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
Experience with programmatic, data, analytics or audience-led solutions is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel/Google Suite and business intelligence or analytics platforms.
Highly self-motivated and adaptable, with strong commercial judgement and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent relationship-building, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
