Position Summary

The B2B Key Account Manager will be responsible for the execution of integrated B2B demand generation activities to market Samsung B2B products and solutions across key industries. The role will also drive active channel engagement and partners’ programs to build strong mindshare and joint collaboration.

Role and Responsibilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement to identify, create and materialize opportunities
  • Creating a pipeline for strategic accounts
  • Co-coverage of accounts with sales partners
  • Managing existing accounts and ensuring the integrity of the Samsung Enterprise Brand
  • Apply your experience to understanding and solving the various challenges our direct customers and channel partners face when growing the business.
  • Develop, manage and execute assigned accounts’ development plans in accordance to company goals and objectives, including expansion of share of wallet, partners’ relationship
  • Engage in deep professional relationships at all levels within assigned key accounts, be the trusted partner for IT & Mobile solutions
  • Partake in projects/opportunities discussions and overseeing till handover
  • Responsible for timely price & product updates, and sharing necessary promotional / product materials
  • Full accountability to provide accurate sales forecasting and activities updates of assigned accounts
  • Develop and drive account engagement strategies to ensure success, including mitigation planning when foreseeable shortfall occurs

Skills and Qualifications

Role Requirements:

  • Sector Leads as professionals are great communicators and have strong interpersonal and selling skillsets. They are also able to formulate effective strategies to grow their assigned account patch and are able to build great relationships with customers and sales partners.
  • Demonstrated experience in negotiating complex deals with customers and partners
  • Experience in solution selling across hardware, software and services
  • Cross functionally engagement experience (Solution Architect, Partner Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, Product Development)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to a wide audience in business proficient English
  • Strategic Thinker, able to see challenges from various angles and determine the best course of action to resolution
  • Creative within technology and business limitations
  • Highly collaborative team player who is passionate about business unit’s success and works well across the department
  • Possesses a High level of integrity and Ethics
  • Must be aligned to Samsung Core Values
  • Presentable and well Groomed
  • Extensive experience with Singapore Business Landscape and Healthcare Sector will be a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and creative skills.
