Job Description

The position is responsible for driving top line revenue, loyalty and market share to meet or exceed goals covering Meetings and Events from designated strategic accounts within the region assigned.  In addition, The Key Account Director will be assigned goals to foster new business development, drive loyalty and other sales programs including but not limited to Meeting Planner and AHBO. He/she is expected to maintain close contact with Customers and Hotels and act as the central point of contact between Accor and the assigned accounts. In doing so, the position will be expected to maintain up-to-date Account Plans with annual strategies and goals to drive revenue, share and loyalty from each designated account to Accor Portfolio of hotels.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Tourism or Hotel Management
  • Senior level MICE seller with more than 5 years' experience working in an international hotel chain
  • Possess relevant experience working in a highly developed MICE market such as Singapore or a global city equivalent
  • Have sound knowledge and understanding of hotel operations, sales, marketing and distribution ecosystem
