To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a servant-leader who empowers teams to take ownership of their work. You'll facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, and help teams improve their processes and practices. You'll also need to be adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
What you do
Responsible in facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
Work with Product Owners, Tribe leads to create and maintain product backlogs, and ensures backlog readiness
Does forecasting of deliverables possible in an iteration based on evidence and reliable source.
Estimation and planning. Create reliable and practical plans for software development projects.
A good coach in Agile practices and can mentor individuals on processes and tools, ensures the team to adhere and use Agile values and Scrum practices.
Create process to reduce product time-to-market by embracing automation in the delivery lifecycle.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Digital & Analytics team and other operational departments, , and drive actions to eliminate any roadblocks lies in teams progress
Supports the organizational transformation, mentor and coach other Scrum Masters, share practices and tools that are successful.
Who you are
10+ years' experience in project management preferably with Banking Technology domain
Experience in Wealth Management/Digital Banking/Pega/Data domain desirable but not mandatory.
Proven ability to understand business needs, across business functions with a front to back perspective
Familiar with prevailing agile tools and practices (Jira/Confluence)
Certified Scrum Master or equivalent. Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environment
Proven track record in working within both a waterfall and agile project delivery methodology
Ability to work proactively, independently and displays strong initiative
Pragmatic team player with an attention to detail
Ability to drive multiple agenda and effectively manage priorities
Strong communication and presentation skills
Confidence to challenge the status quo, providing alternative solutions
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
Motivated, passionate about technology and the Financial Services
Proactive, self-starter, autonomous, good analytical skills
Good team spirit
