Job DescriptionKEY ROLE:
The IT Infrastructure Engineer plays a pivotal role in our organization, responsible for the development, installation, configuration, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions. Success in this position involves ensuring the successful implementation of infrastructure projects, adherence to architectural standards, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Infrastructure Development and Analysis: Analyze, create functional and design specifications for infrastructure solutions. Estimate development tasks, including infrastructure pricing and hours required for configuration.
- Infrastructure Installation and Configuration: Install and configure infrastructure following BEUMER standard specifications
- Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with defined architectural standards. Perform configuration reviews and testing to maintain quality standards.
- Software Integration: Configure and set up third-party software, ensuring seamless integration.
- Testing and Bug Fixing: Implement and document the testing phase, including module tests, integration tests, FAT, on-site tests, and commissioning. Identify and fix infrastructure bugs.
- Customer Engagement: Participate in remote and on-site installation and commissioning of infrastructure. Contribute to projects by providing status updates, planning input, and risk assessments. Attend customer meetings and support customer needs.
- Continuous Learning: Build and maintain a deep and broad technical knowledge. Stay informed about BEUMER Group software products. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- Typically, 1-3 years professional experience in IT infrastructure development and configuration.
- IT infrastructure project participation like network, server installation, configuration, and implementation (preferred).
