As a Transformation Intern in Central Services Singapore, you’ll support initiatives that drive process enhancements, change management, and project execution across the organisation. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to transformation projects, project management tools, and real banking processes—providing a strong foundation in how change is delivered in a large financial institution.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Transformation Project Support: Support ongoing transformation initiatives through project coordination and execution activities
  • Project Management Tools: Assist in using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence to track tasks, documentation, and progress
  • Process & Change Support: Gain exposure to banking processes and support change management activities within the operating environment
  • Team & Administration Support: Provide general project and team support to ensure smooth delivery of transformation initiatives

Who You Work With

The Transformation function within Central Services SG partners closely with operations, technology, and business teams to deliver process improvements and change initiatives. You’ll work with project managers and stakeholders across functions, gaining insight into how cross‑functional collaboration enables successful transformation.

Who You Are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • Interested in transformation, project management, or operations roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Comfortable working with documentation, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Team‑oriented, adaptable, and willing to learn
