From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.

Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

Why Join

Join Group Human Resources – Talent Management and Performance, where we shape the strategies and frameworks that develop future‑ready leaders and drive organisational strength. As a Group Talent Management Intern, you’ll gain exposure to strategic people initiatives and contribute to programmes that support leadership development, succession planning, and talent sustainability across the organisation.

How You Succeed

You succeed by being curious, analytical, and thoughtful in your approach. You’re interested in how organisations grow and develop talent, comfortable working with data and insights, and able to communicate clearly and professionally. By paying close attention to detail and collaborating effectively with stakeholders, you’ll add value in a confidential and impactful HR environment.

What You Do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Programme Support & Delivery: Support the planning and execution of talent development and leadership programmes, including coordination, communications, and post‑programme evaluations

  • Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research and benchmarking on talent management and succession planning best practices, and synthesise key insights for the team

  • Data Analysis & Storytelling: Assist in analysing anonymised and aggregated programme data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities

  • Process Documentation: Document talent management processes, create playbooks, and maintain templates and toolkits to support standardisation and knowledge sharing

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Support coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery

Who You Work With

You’ll work closely with the Group Talent Management team and collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders across the organisation. This exposure will give you insight into how strategic talent initiatives are designed, delivered, and measured at an enterprise level.

Who You Are
  • Interested in Human Resources and Talent Management

  • Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with data and presentations

  • Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal

  • Meticulous and discreet, able to work in a confidential environment

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

  • Exposure to strategic talent management concepts and frameworks

  • Hands-on experience in HR programme delivery and stakeholder collaboration

  • Opportunities to develop research, data analysis, and professional communication skills

  • Insight into how talent strategies support organisational performance and succession planning

What we offer:

Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
