What You DoYour responsibilities will include:
Programme Support & Delivery: Support the planning and execution of talent development and leadership programmes, including coordination, communications, and post‑programme evaluations
Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research and benchmarking on talent management and succession planning best practices, and synthesise key insights for the team
Data Analysis & Storytelling: Assist in analysing anonymised and aggregated programme data to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
Process Documentation: Document talent management processes, create playbooks, and maintain templates and toolkits to support standardisation and knowledge sharing
Stakeholder Collaboration: Support coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery
You’ll work closely with the Group Talent Management team and collaborate with HR colleagues and internal stakeholders across the organisation. This exposure will give you insight into how strategic talent initiatives are designed, delivered, and measured at an enterprise level.
Who You AreInterested in Human Resources and Talent Management
Analytical, structured, and comfortable working with data and presentations
Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal
Meticulous and discreet, able to work in a confidential environment
Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
This internship will provide you with:
