What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting research on digital asset markets, technologies, and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Assisting in the development of new product concepts and creating compelling business presentations.
  • Tracking project progress, preparing updates, and coordinating with various teams (Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance).
  • Contributing to operational readiness by assisting with documentation, training materials, and process design.
  • Supporting KPI tracking, analyzing performance data, and assisting with the creation of informative dashboards.
  • Participating in discussions with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Possess a strong interest in digital assets, blockchain technology, capital markets, or structured finance.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactively seeks solutions to challenges.
  • Exhibit strong communication and research skills, with the ability to clearly present findings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

  • Exposure to the full product lifecycle of institutional digital asset initiatives and the associated regulatory landscape.
  • Practical experience in conducting market research and analyzing emerging digital asset use cases.
  • Insight into product requirement gathering, documentation, and workflow design.
