As a Sales Performance & Sales Incentives Intern within CFS Finance, you’ll gain hands‑on experience working with large, complex datasets and applying analytics and AI to solve real business problems. What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Data Migration Support: assist with the migration of existing processes and datasets to a new database environment
  • Sales Productivity Analysis: analyse the productivity of sales staff to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve performance
  • Strategy Support: support the formulation of strategies and initiatives to drive sales productivity and effectiveness
  • AI Use Cases: develop and implement AI‑enabled use cases to address business challenges and enhance analytics capabilities
  • Insights & Reporting: support analysis and preparation of insights to inform stakeholders and decision‑making

Who you work with

You’ll be part of the CFS Finance team, working closely with sales, performance management, analytics, and technology stakeholders across Global Consumer Financial Services. The team plays a critical role in enabling business performance through financial insights, incentive frameworks, and data‑driven analysis.

Who you are

  • Interested in data analytics, AI, and business problem‑solving
  • Comfortable working with both structured and unstructured datasets
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders and support cross‑functional initiatives
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and keen to translate data into actionable insights
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
  • Possess coding skills, with knowledge of data mining and AI concepts
