Job Summary: If you are a HR Intern, Total Rewards professional Iooking for an opportunity to grow your career: this role offers hands-on exposure to compensation and benefits within a regional Asia Pacific environment. As part of Emerson’s Total Rewards team, you will support meaningful projects and day-to-day activities that help deliver competitive, compliant, and people-centered reward programs across countries in the Asia Pacific region. This internship is designed to build practical HR capability while providing insight into how Total Rewards supports business and employee success.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Support the Asia Pacific Total Rewards team with regional projects and day-to-day operational activities.
  • Assist with data entry, file reviews, and basic reporting related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Help prepare materials for ongoing initiatives such as plan updates, employee communications, engagement activities, and annual processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather information and data required for Total Rewards projects.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations that support analysis, decision-making, and communication of Total Rewards strategies.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Interest in compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards concepts.
  • Ability to handle data with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured way.

  • Exposure to HR, compensation, benefits, or analytics through coursework, projects, or internships
  • Comfort working with data, reports, or dashboards
  • Experience collaborating with team members across functions or regions
