Responsibilities include building ETL pipelines, developing AI and machine learning models, creating Power Platform solutions, maintaining applications, gathering requirements, supporting project delivery, and ensuring data and AI governance. The role also involves stakeholder collaboration, presentations, training, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.

Performs cost accounting, factory costing, variance analysis, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting, inventory and warranty reserve analysis, audit and compliance support, and cost data management. The role partners with cross-functional teams, supports manufacturing finance decisions, manages inventory and fixed asset activities, assists with trade agreement and insurance processes, and contributes to process improvements and special projects.

Leads manufacturing process development, new product introductions, technology transfers, yield improvement, root cause analysis, equipment setup, process automation, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives. Develops equipment specifications, safety documentation, manufacturing procedures, BOMs, product attributes, and routing. Supports quality, validation, and continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, SPC, and problem-solving methods.

Supports manufacturing test activities by setting up test stations, conducting tests, analyzing data, troubleshooting equipment and product failures, and improving yields. Responsibilities include circuit-board-level diagnostics, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration coordination, test documentation, safety procedures, nonconforming component resolution, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineers and cross-functional teams to maintain product quality, equipment reliability, and operational performance.

Reviews and consolidates customer and project specifications for special manufacturing processes in the oil and gas industry. Reconciles requirements, exceptions, purchase orders, and technical agreements; develops factory sales-order instructions; supports technical discussions; writes manufacturing procedure addendums; reviews commented procedures; and creates special-process specifications for welding, heat treatment, coating, painting, NDE, corrosion testing, and related activities.

Owns and executes the APAC regional software growth plan, translating global strategy into local market action. Drives pipeline, conversion, adoption, renewals, expansion, and retention while partnering with sales, marketing, product, customer success, channel, and distributor teams. Enables sellers and partners, represents regional customer and field needs, and establishes priorities, metrics, operating cadence, and accountability in a matrixed global organization.

Lead and shape global engineering strategy for Emerson's Isolation Valves portfolio. Manage a geographically distributed engineering organization focused on order execution, engineered-to-order projects, product development, lifecycle management, and process standardization. Align engineering priorities with business goals, optimize resources and budgets, implement performance metrics and capacity planning, and develop a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture.
