The Applications Engineer will engage in presales activities, working closely with sales teams and customers to address technical requirements, create proof of concepts, and provide consulting on system architectures. Involvement includes tracking competitive products and offering customer training.

Contribute to designing, prototyping, and implementing AI-enabled workflows and LLM agents to support sales and commercial teams. Build prompt libraries, integrate with CRM and content systems, run pilots, collect feedback, document playbooks, and measure productivity improvements.

The role involves leading APAC market intelligence, competitive analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies while collaborating with various teams to ensure market fit and drive business impact.
