Manage a geographically distributed engineering organization focused on order execution, engineered-to-order projects, product development, lifecycle management, and process standardization. Align engineering priorities with business goals, optimize resources and budgets, implement performance metrics and capacity planning, and develop a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture.

Support and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, manage freight forwarders and couriers, monitor costs and supplier lead times, validate goods receipt, assist with Letters of Credit and documentation, collaborate with planning, procurement, warehouse, quality and customer service, and drive continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery and efficient order fulfillment.
