Support and maintain high-reliability process control products by managing engineering documentation, troubleshooting and testing electronics, partnering with manufacturing to meet yield/quality/cost goals, and driving cost and performance improvements while collaborating globally.

The Applications Engineer will engage in presales activities, working closely with sales teams and customers to address technical requirements, create proof of concepts, and provide consulting on system architectures. Involvement includes tracking competitive products and offering customer training.

Contribute to designing, prototyping, and implementing AI-enabled workflows and LLM agents to support sales and commercial teams. Build prompt libraries, integrate with CRM and content systems, run pilots, collect feedback, document playbooks, and measure productivity improvements.
