Manage a geographically distributed engineering organization focused on order execution, engineered-to-order projects, product development, lifecycle management, and process standardization. Align engineering priorities with business goals, optimize resources and budgets, implement performance metrics and capacity planning, and develop a high-performing, inclusive engineering culture.
