Project Title: Burn-In Equipment Operation Excellence
Project Description: Work on a project aimed at improving Burn-In machine availability by reducing both scheduled and unscheduled downtime.
Objectives of the Project:
- Enhance machine availability and efficiency.
- Identify and implement strategies to minimize downtime.
Project Scope:
- Understand the maintenance processes of Burn-In operations.
- Learn basic repair and maintenance techniques for Burn-In equipment.
- Develop project management skills.
Deliverables:
- Successfully complete at least one project that improves oven machine availability by reducing either scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
Required Skillset:
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
