Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist to engage tenants on performance discussion and opportunities for expansions
Assist to conduct regular meetings with tenants to understand their business needs and directions
Liaise with tenants on complaints, operational feedback and leasing matters
Ensure tenants’ adherence to lease terms
Analyse tenants’ sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required
Support in report generations and tracking of tenant's submission for Public Liability Insurance (PLI) and Audited Financial Statements (AFS)
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Able to deliver work timely and accurately
Demonstrates responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks
Detail-oriented, meticulous and willing to learn
