Job Description
Responsibilities
Liaise with tenants to gain insights to sales trends and performance through regular meetings and visitations
Analyse tenant’s performance through retail indicators like GTO per square foot and occupancy costs
Assist in day-to-day functions of the centre management office
Collaborate with other departments like Marketing and Operations to problem solve
Assist in any other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
Preferred studies Real Estate or any other related disciplines
Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
