Job Responsibilities
- Focus on driving our sustainability agenda across the Integrated Resort whilst helping to foster a culture of corporate responsibility and extending Marina Bay Sands position as an industry leader in sustainable business
- Support the planning and execution of sustainable events
- Assist with the planning, communication and delivery of sustainability activities, learning and development materials for Team Members.
- Support the planning and execution of sustainable capital projects
- Support the team in research and analysis of product sustainability standards compared with the accepted sustainable criteria
- Perform in-depth analysis of resource consumption data, establishing trends, identify improvement opportunities and support the team with the execution of projects to reduce consumption
Job Requirements
Education & Certification
- Must be from related academic disciplines in Marketing/Communications, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or Social Sciences
Experience
- Relevant experience in Sustainability, Communications or Hospitality will be appreciated
Other Prerequisites
- Possess passion, knowledge and drive to create a more sustainable world
- Ability to analyze data and articulate business value of sustainability
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work within a multi-cultural team
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and at least one other language
- A good educator and communicator that enjoys developing others to create better business practices
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
