Job Responsibilities

  • Assist procurement officers and stakeholders and liaise with suppliers in managing/arranging stocks issues pertaining to quality, deliveries, out of stocks and urgent requests. 
  • Liaise with Account Payable Department and Suppliers to manage invoice issues to bring about reconciliation of Purchase orders and invoices.
  • Support and work closely with Procurement officers with regards to stocks issues and samples arrangement for stakeholders’ evaluation.
  • Provide procurement officers in general administrative and documentation. Data Entry function to enhance product description in catalogues

Job Requirements

Education & Certification:

  • Applicant must be a full-time matriculated student.
  • Internship must contribute to school graduation requirements.

Experience:

  • No experience required as training will be provided.

Other Prerequisites:

  • Possess basic computer literacy.
  • Ability to juggle both short-term daily tactical roles and long-term strategic initiatives.
  • Proactive and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for working in a diverse workplace.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate data and document procedures.
  • Approachable and responsive to queries and feedback.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
