Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the day‑to‑day operations of the mall, including cleaning, M&E systems, fire safety, and car park operations
Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation (RFQ) documentation related to repair and maintenance works
Support the coordination of tenancy fitting‑out and reinstatement works
Assist in updating and maintaining Environmental Health & Sustainability and ISO documentation, in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
Provide support for Capex works, including documentation and coordination
Support other operational matters and perform ad‑hoc duties as required
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Infrastructure & Project Management, or other related disciplines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Possess basic knowledge of Facilities Management and M&E systems
Detail‑oriented, organised, and meticulous
