The Scent Manufacturing Intern will support project execution in production, engage employees, and analyze operational challenges to improve efficiencies.
Job Summary
How You Will Contribute
- Plan and execute assigned improvement project
- Employee engagement & training support
- Facilitating discussions or participates in analysis (e.g. Risk Assessment (RA), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), root cause analysis).
- Rotational exposure to another department to learn or execute small projects based on intern’s preference (1-2 weeks).
- Execute & complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager.
What You Will Need To Be Successful
- Current Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering/Science, or relevant studies
- Have an interest in Fragrance manufacturing
- Ability to learn fast and courage to explore unknown areas
- Good problem solving and data analytics skills
- Able to work well with people from diverse backgrounds
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma techniques (an added advantage)
- Experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) / Excel VBA (an added advantage)
