Intern Operation Fragrances

The Scent Manufacturing Intern will support the execution of continuous improvement projects within the Production team. As a catalyst of change, he/she is required to implement simple yet effective changes to boost production capabilities. He/she will be assigned to take charge of business-related challenges and drives operations efficiency/ effectiveness through project work. Depending on the project assigned, the Scent Manufacturing Intern may have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders across the site operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute assigned improvement project(s):

• Understand the problem/issue

• Analyze issue & define action plan

• Implement changes & monitor outcomes

• Document, train and present

• Employee engagement & training support:

• Procedure updates

• Training documentation updates

• Event support or team building activities

• Facilitating discussions or participates in analysis (e.g. Risk Assessment (RA), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), root cause analysis).

• Rotational exposure to another department to learn or execute small projects based on intern’s preference (1-2 weeks).

• Execute & complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager.
