Job Summary
The Scent Manufacturing Intern will support the execution of continuous improvement projects within the Production team. As a catalyst of change, he/she is required to implement simple yet effective changes to boost production capabilities. He/she will be assigned to take charge of business-related challenges and drives operations efficiency/ effectiveness through project work. Depending on the project assigned, the Scent Manufacturing Intern may have the opportunity to work with different stakeholders across the site operations.
Job Responsibilities:

Implement changes & monitor outcomes

Document, train and present

Employee engagement & training support:

Procedure updates

Training documentation updates

Event support or team building activities

Facilitating discussions or participates in analysis (e.g. Risk Assessment (RA), Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), root cause analysis).

Rotational exposure to another department to learn or execute small projects based on intern’s preference (1-2 weeks).

Execute & complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager.
