• Project Title: Equipment Operations Single-Minute Exchange of Die (SMED)
• Project Description: ​SMED stands for Single-Minute Exchange of Die, a lean manufacturing technique aimed at reducing equipment changeover time to less than 10 minutes. You are to apply SMED in operations optimization to achieve improved operational efficiency through reduced downtime and maintenance duration, Improved responsiveness to production changes, standardized and smoother startup​
