Job Description
Responsibilities
Support in investor relations events such as conferences and AGM
Assist in the preparation of investor relations communications materials such as slides and factsheets
Participate in the logistics planning for the AGM
Assist in maintaining and updating the investor relations database, including contact lists and information for investors and analysts
Assist in the quarterly reporting and tracking of peer information
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Business Management, Banking & Finance, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Able to multi-task
Detail-oriented and meticulous
