Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will be a blend of core design tasks and pioneering AI integration:

Core Design & Collaboration

• Collaborate with senior designers to translate concepts from wireframes into high-fidelity, engineering-ready visual designs.

• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of Scoot's design systems and style guides.

• Actively participate in design facilitation, user research, and usability testing sessions, bringing fresh perspectives to the team.

AI Integration & Innovation

• Leverage AI tools to rapidly generate design variations, user journey maps, and content for high-fidelity prototypes.

• Co-create and document an innovative UX workflow that integrates AI for ideation, user research synthesis, and creative problem-solving.

• Stay at the forefront of AI in design by researching, evaluating, and demonstrating new tools and techniques to the team.

Requirements

• Undergraduates or fresh graduates in any related discipline

• A strong portfolio that demonstrates a solid understanding of design thinking, UX principles, and visual design skills.

• Proficiency in modern design tools, with a strong preference for Figma.

• A demonstrable curiosity and passion for Artificial Intelligence and its potential to revolutionize the design field. Experience or familiarity with generative AI models (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and AI features within design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Miro AI) is a plus. 

• Technical knowledge to suggest web-based technologies to be applied to your design is a plus

• Prior experience in a UI/UX design or web design role is a plus
