This role will be providing support to the ground services team, assisting with editorial support for department manuals, compilation of training materials for station trainings and assisting in the preparation of Service level Agreement (SLA) Letters.

Job Description

  • Liaise with Service Partners in completion of service partner acknowledgement form for GSI, LCI, and CPI.

  • Provide editorial support for department manuals such as updating of diagrams and form designs in GSM, LCM and CPM.

  • Support SGHA contractual work by managing and tracking ground contracts expiration and maintaining the contract register

  • Duty travel logistical support

  • Audit administration including tracking of audit schedules and completion of audit reports.

  • Assist with compilation of training materials for station trainings and updating of training records

  • Other training support such as tracking station acknowledgements and training records

  • Assist in implementation of Stationary Fulfilment Platform

  • Assist in ground projects and participate in data mining and analysis

  • Assist in the preparation of Service level Agreement (SLA) Letters (E.g Voucher request, performance boost letters).

  • Tracking of ground station audit schedules and recurrence.

  • Assist in monitoring any pending follow-up cases for ground on respective portals (E.g Sales force, CCVRs etc.)

  • Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
