Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Continuous development of the Franchise toolkit,
- Following up with and integrating the toolkits from various functional departments to ensure that they are seamless and tailored to franchisees.
- For China and Global, curation and content organisation to optimise user experience, development of new sites for new brands
- Maintenance and update of the Franchise Portal site
- Ensuring the resources from functional departments in the portal, such as franchise manuals and user guides are up-to-date.
- Maintaining list of users and user access controls
- Monitoring user feedback on the portal and implementing initiatives to improve user experience and navigation
- Assist in driving AI Chatbot project on portal including doing testing and providing feedback and direction for the project
- Communication and implementation/ test bedding of new initiatives with global country teams, especially China and Europe
- Curation and preparation of content for franchisees in the learning management system
- Assist in implementation of new franchise audit and audit system globally and tracking of audit results and follow ups
- Prepare system/template for regular review of franchisee performance
- Research on competitor franchise offerings, market practices and trends
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business, Business IT, Communications, IT, Real Estate, Hospitality or Technology related field of study.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous individual with strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Willingness and curiosity to learn new skills/systems.
