Infra Architect
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.
Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of complex infrastructure solutions, including compute, storage, networking, cloud platforms, and related technologies.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, standards, policies, and best practices in alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to infrastructure teams, overseeing project delivery from concept to production.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve efficiency, performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of our infrastructure.
- Collaborate with various business units, application development teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical infrastructure designs.
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of critical infrastructure components.
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance regulations, and internal governance frameworks.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and operational procedures.
- Act as a subject matter expert for complex infrastructure challenges and provide high-level technical support.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
