The Human Resources Specialist ensures smooth HR operations across all aCloud entities, anchored at the Singapore headquarters. This role manages On-Target Earnings (OTE) and On-Target Incentives (OTI) accuracy and timeliness, payroll, compliance, HR policies, and employee support. The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for HR delivery across all entities, while supporting the People Partner Team and the Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist with recruitment administration and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities- Own and manage the OTE and OTI process – calculation, accuracy, reporting, and timely payout across Singapore and all aCloud-related entities.
- Ensure OTI payouts are processed on time and aligned with approved performance outcomes and policies.
- Administer payroll, allowances, and leave across Singapore and all aCloud entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Draft, review, and update HR policies, contracts, and compliance documents to maintain alignment across entities and jurisdictions.
- Ensure HR processes comply with Singapore regulations and, for other entities, work with relevant agencies or authorised parties to meet each jurisdiction’s local legal and reporting requirements.
- Track and report HR metrics (headcount, attrition, OTE & OTI status, payroll accuracy, compliance updates, etc.) across all aCloud entities.
- Provide recruitment administration support, including preparation of offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding arrangements.
- Act as the first HR contact point for all employees and support HR delivery across all aCloud entities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. auditors, finance, legal, government bodies) to ensure adherence to HR, payroll, and compliance requirements.
- Undertake other HR-related tasks or duties assigned by the company in line with operational or business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance in Singapore (regional experience preferred).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail (essential for OTE & OTI management).
- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws; familiarity with regional HR practices is a plus.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Reliable, execution-driven, and able to work independently across multiple entities.
