Human Resources Manager (OD/TD & HRBP Focus)

Drive Singapore HR priorities with a balanced focus on OD/TD and general HR. Partner with leaders and COEs to strengthen capabilities, improve employee experience, and support a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Advise leaders and execute HR strategies that effectively support Singapore’s business objectives and timely HR service delivery.
  • Lead OD/TD & HRBP initiatives (organization diagnostics, capability building, succession/leadership development etc) to align structure and talent with business needs.
  • Develop learning programs and capability pathways that meet employee career aspirations and business objectives.
  • Partner with COEs (Compensation, Talent, etc.) and HRBP to elevate the end-to-end employee experience.
  • Provide timely HR counsel to business/support functions to enable sound people's decisions and a high-performance culture.
  • Support any other HR operations tasks as needed

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ HR experience with hands-on OD/TD and HRBP exposure (both preferred)
  • Solid understanding of brokerage/securities mid-/back-office functions
  • Proven stakeholder management and project execution in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Mandarin a strong plus for regional/HQ collaboration
  • High ownership, discretion with sensitive data, and ability to work independently.
