This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and employee experience to offboarding and recruitment. You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to keep HR operations running smoothly while contributing to key projects and initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Staff Confirmation & Probation

  • Coordinate appraisal submissions, follow up with managers, and prepare confirmation/extension letters

  • Ensure timely communication and proper documentation in employee records

  • Track probation timelines and support end-to-end confirmation processes

2. Employee Support

  • Respond to employee queries on HR policies and processes

  • Provide timely and accurate guidance on HR-related matters

3. Certification Letters

  • Prepare employment-related letters for bank, PR/visa, and other official purposes

  • Ensure accuracy and proper approvals before issuance

4. Actuarial Increment Administration

  • Maintain actuarial qualification and salary records

  • Prepare increment letters and coordinate approvals and payroll updates

  • Ensure proper documentation and filing

5. Government Paid Leave

  • Compile and validate data for claims submission

  • Submit claims via government portals and track outcomes

  • Follow up on rejected claims and coordinate with Finance for reimbursements

6. Regulatory Reporting

  • Support Labour Market Survey and other submissions to MOM

  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting

7. Offboarding

  • Manage end-to-end offboarding process and stakeholder notifications

  • Ensure proper documentation and record management

8. HR Projects & Initiatives

  • Support HR process improvements and SOP updates

  • Assist in initiatives such as visa processes and career fairs

9. Benefits Administration

  • Administer employee benefits (e.g., corporate passes, vouchers)

  • Ensure accurate tracking and issuance

10. Recruitment Support

  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews

  • Support offer preparation and job postings management

11. HRBP Support

  • Consolidate manpower requests and support approval processes

  • Assist in regulatory screening exercises and reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree

  • Strong attention to detail with good analytical skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

  • Comfortable working with data and Excel (basic knowledge required; VBA is a plus)

  • Available for a minimum commitment of 6 to 12 months
